In short, the Quality Assurance Team is involved with numerous projects that seek to evaluate the School's performance and processes for a variety of stakeholders.
The position of Project Manager involves different tasks related to internal consulting such as data collection and analysis, process improvement, creation of presentations, as well as primary responsibility for survey data management. It also involves building and maintaining relationships with international ranking organizations. The work responsibilities require good social skills, accuracy, independence and discretion. As data collection and analysis methods for these tasks are continuously being improved and enhanced, creativity and self-confidence regarding information technology is required from the applicant. You will work closely with two other team members.
The position requires the applicant to speak and write English at a professional level and it is preferable, though not a requirement, that you also have basic knowledge of Swedish. You should possess comprehensive skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Since the work responsibilities include international aspects of SSE's activities, an ideal candidate would possess a strong international perspective. Familiarity with pivot tables and survey software (i.e. Qualtrics or Vovici/Verint) and statistics software (i.e. Stata or SPSS) would be of advantage.

The Quality Assurance Team also annually surveys alumni for the first five years after they finish their degree, used to create SSE's Placement Reports.

The position is full-time and temporary (parental leave) during the period July 1, 2017 until August 31, 2018.
