Lead Process Alignment to TOM (target operating model) along with the diver areas
Assure benefits extraction from the project.
Key Deliverables
Manages all aspects of the local Factory Project through the entire lifecycle, working in conjunction with Global Business & IT leads
* Ensuring that maximum improvements are made in existing Live Sites and new Sites by process Standardisation and TAO Template embedding
• leading the activities associated with benefits realization and ensuring that continued accrual of benefits can be achieved and measured after the Programme has been completed
* Taking the lead on transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business (Regional/Local Business Model)
* Optimizing the Business Processes, aligning Sites with the timing of the release of Programme deliverables
* Coaching sites on change management related to TAO, share best practices and experience from other sites
* Help factories to build local comms / training / cut-over etc plans

Requirements:
• Previous experience with multifunctional project deployment
• Desirable previous ERP implementation
• Have a profound system knowledge and interest.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
• Documented knowledge in project management.
• Service minded and flexible.
• Structured and target oriented.
• Documented training in hazardous work (height, hot work)
• Good knowledge about Microsoft NAV and SAP
• Fluent in spoken / written English
• Strong computer skills
