hela Sverige We are looking for an analytical Project Manager with a passion for order & Excel and who is a solid rock when it comes to building trust with clients! Join our dynamic PMO-team Submarine.
Your role
You will lead individuals and project teams to supply solutions for the Swedish navy. You work closely with your project team, other project managers, contract managers, line managers and specialists' within design, procurement and production.
The main tasks are:
* Lead project teams and individuals.
* Manage resources, planning, schedules and financials.
* Ensure effective risk and opportunity management to avoid the foreseeable and grab opportunities.
* Manage internal and external communication and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and within the project.
* Monitor report and achieve the projects financial, time and quality goals to enable early warnings and reasons to celebrate.
* Ensure a healthy working environment.
The position is based in Malmö or Karlskrona, travels between the sites is part of the role.
Your profile
We believe that strong leadership is a key factor in project execution and we are looking for a driven and people oriented leader that also truly agree that your project members are your most important asset. You like to work with clear goals and have the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You are a self-motivated, structured and a mature leader who find it easy to interact with many different stakeholders.
Required skills:
* Experience in project management.
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Desired skills
* Project management certification (IPMA, PMI or equivalent)
* Masters or Bachelor degree of Science in technology, economy or an extensive relevant background and experience.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
