But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a Project Manager to the Operations Development in the Product Group Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers. So, what are you going to do today?
The GPHE Product Group has global responsibility for manufacturing and supplying Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers. We have approximately 1000 employees working across the globe supporting our customer's requirements. Our products are sold across all our divisions Energy, Food & Water and Marine.
Who you are
About the job
As an experienced project manager, you will drive improvement projects in our 8 factories located around the globe using LEAN principles in manufacturing transformation, manufacturing processes, material handling, layouts and administration.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary department of 25 highly motivated people driving projects within Technology Development, Manufacturing transformations, LEAN, Supply Chain Development, Product Introductions and ERP-system implementation supporting the Product Group and the Business Unit to reach its' strategical targets.
What you know
You have experience and been working as Project Manager for at least 5 years. Business and process understanding from a manufacturing process company is a pre-requisite. You have excellent Project management skills. Lean Six Sigma training is an advantage.
As a person, you are pro-active, loyal and take responsibility for driving your projects to a good result. You want to be part of something new and contribute positively to influence for change. You are good at building relations and cooperate internal as well as cross functional. Also, you:
* Work analytical, structured and independent
* Good at facilitate meetings and being able to present details into the relevant view for the meeting at multiple levels in the organization
* Change management and communication skills are vital
* Fluent in English both verbal as written
