hela Sverige As a member of the Engineering Management Office under the Engineering department of RCS, you will be responsible for financial aspects of projects and department activities. You will work closely with the engineering financial controller, regional head of finance and engineering management team. Your tasks will also involve communication and follow up.
YOUR TASKS
• Accountable for the maintenance of control and assurance process for projects using BT group and divisional methodologies.
• Responsible for R&D PMOs coordination
• Works directly with the divisional finance controller to prepare different financial scenarios for project execution and department control.
• Maintains an objective view of projects performance over time in order to supports decision making.
• Produces trends / forecasts for RCS Engineering
• Working with project managers and program coordinators to consolidate actual and forecast figures
• Accountable for RCS engineering financial reporting pack.
• Manages R&D projects financial model using directives from Regional Head of Finance
• As part of the EMO (program assurance) team, supports the maintenance of methodologies, tools and templates.
• Support VP Head of RCS Engineering with financial analysis and R&D projects overview.
• Controls Capital Expenditures and communicate related policies and rules
• Monitors and mitigates Currency exchange effect to R&D portfolio
• Manages and controls Multisite invoices
• Keeps track of BT policies regarding Tax Regulation and IPR management
• Primavera P6, ERP management Knowledgeable
• Bachelor and Master's degree in Finance / Engineering / Project Management
• PMP certification would be a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in project management / finance / controlling in a project related environment
• Skills in Primavera P6 and ERP systems will be highly appreciated
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Fluent Swedish / German / Thai is an advantage
