Here's How You Fit In
As our Project Manager Nordics, you will work with end-to-end implementations of our SaaS solution for our Enterprise B2B clients (public and private sector) and being responsible for launching new functionalities on existing clients, launching new clients as well as initiating internal improvements with the wider Project Management team!
• Plan and manage projects on both existing and new customers in the Nordics
• Collaborate with Benify's internal functions to coordinate and deliver according to our clients wishes
• Work together with many different stakeholders, both internal and external, at the same time to create value
• Have an understanding for the technical set-up and ensure configuration as well as guiding the customers to best solution possible
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Client Success department, as well as Tech
• Develop and standardize implementations for clients and ensure client satisfaction
Who Are You?
• You have a university degree in technology, computer science, or similar
• You have a great technical interest and find IT solutions exciting, maybe even have experience of agile methods
• You are a good communicator with professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken. Any additional language is always welcomed at Benify!
• If you also have experience from a SaaS-company in a fast paced environment (even if that's an internship!), that's a big plus!
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, is independent and driven to provide the best to our clients with a professional and service-oriented approach.
• You have a business mindset and is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and manage several tasks at once.
