This is what you will do
During a regular week, you will coordinate the work in several projects, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and manage the project team to reach the set goals. You will solve any challenges and problems together with a motivated and competent team and bring in experts where needed, all in order to ensure project deliveries in time and with high customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibility will be:
• Activity and resource planning - set time estimates and evaluate the team capabilities.
• Organize and motivate the project team - develop clear, straightforward plans that stimulate the team to reach it 's full potential.
• Control cost and time - set realistic deadlines and communicate them consistently to the team. Keep projects within its set budget.
• Ensure customer satisfaction - a project is only a success if the customer is happy.
• Analyse and manage project risk.
• Monitor progress and manage reports and essential documentation.
The team
The team is responsible for adapt and deliver Tire Pressure Indicator (TPI) and Loose Wheel Indicator (LWI) to several of the largest vehicle manufacturers in the world and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the products lifetime. We work daily with customers and partners in Germany, Japan, Italy, Brazil and India. The team consists of 14 team members that work as technical project responsible, application- and integration engineers and test technicians. All with a high social level and great willingness to cooperate to achieve the team's goals and solve any problems.

You work according to a clear process, finish what has been started and keep deadlines. Structure is your mantra, but you also have the ability to question and challenge the way of working. You enjoy setting high goals, working hard and persistently to achieve those goals.
Other required qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years work life experience and two years from project management.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience of working in organizations where technical development work has been carried out, preferably software development.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.
• Drivers license.
If you have experience from managing customer relationship in an international context, this is a merit.
