Description
The client is looking for a 4-7 years experience (Senior) Project Manager to assist in the BOT GBO implementation.
Enabling Technology project is looking for an "IT project Manager" with solid IT competence helping the client enabling Global Business Operation in Finance and Procurement.
As an IT Project manager we are expecting you to:
• Create detailed project plan on IT related deliveries.
• Manage scope, approach and delivery (Ensure that the planned project scope is delivered to the required time, quality and cost as per agreed KPIs)
• Follow up progress and create status reports
• Alignment & communication with different applications owner in INGKA (reporting on various levels to make sure that project status is transparent to the various boards and management groups).
• Be the single point of contact with INGKA IT to order applications publishing on Citrix or Internet.
• Secure User Accesses for all in scope applications.
• Follow up the Telephony solution needed for Business Operation with Business Provider and INGKA IT.
• Secure Integration from SAP systems towards Business Provider tools and systems.
Mandatory competence and experiences:
• It project lead personality (Junior)
• Infrastructure and IT solutions (Citrix, SSO...) (Senior)
• Integrations of applications in a complex IT environment (Junior)
• Solid experience of IT projects and service operations and application management (important)
• Integration of applications with SAP systems (good to have)
• Solid experience of IT infrastructure, Citrix, Azure Cloud and single sign on (Important)
• Experience with Agile practices
• Experience in managing smaller teams
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred competence and experience:
• Experience in ordering Telephony Solution for business Operation in Global company a plus
• General functional knowledge S4/HANA Finance / Proc urement, SAP Solution Manager a plus
