Description
Do you want to change the world? At LumenRadio you will be part of developing the wireless systems of tomorrow. Together we can change the world. We are currently looking for a Project Manager that loves to work in an agile environment and bridging the gap to non-agile environemnts. Your role will be to manage projects on a higher level as taking the role of Scrum Product Owner representing the Product Committee in the day-to-day work. You will be responsible for prioritizing the day-to-day development work based on the company's overall prioritization and the Product Committee's decisions. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders like marketing, sales and production as well as external partners like customers and suppliers.
You will be reporting directly to the company's R&D Manager.
Your background
We are looking for someone that think electronic systems are great. Preferably you have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree with a major in a relevant area. You have experience in leading agile software projects and coordinating them with external non-agile environments. We also put great value in that you have been involved in projects involving other important aspects of product development such as hardware, mechanical, certification. Prefereably you have a background in software engineering since our projects are highly software heavy, and undertanding the dynamics of software development is important.
As a person you are social and enjoys working both independently and as a part of a team. For this position we will emphasis your personality.
LumenRadio is an international company and you therefore need to speak and write English fluently.
