hela Sverige Logistics Strategy and project (OX) is organized in the central Logistics organisation (O) with the mission to develop and strengthen Scania common competence and processes within Logistics. We work with development of our common logistics processes, with focus on the physical processes connected to our Inhouse logistics but on an overall level work with implementing new methods, technical and digital tools in all our logistics processes. As the global logistics project office we manage and participate in Logistics projects connected to Cross-Brand, Cross- functional and/ or strategic project for logistics.
Role- Project Manager Logistics
As Project Manager within Logistics Strategy and Project - OX you will manage and participate in one or several projects focusing on cross-brand cooperation with our partners/other brands and/or cross-functional projects within logistics area.
This position is dedicated to the program Component Logistics, which means several different projects mainly within the P&L and R&D-area focusing on how to handle Components. The overall goal is to describe and deliver stand-alone components both for outbound as well as interplant, due to that the current flows are limited in number and complexity and are handled manually, demanding too many resources and with increased risks due to mistakes.
To succeed in your mission you need to create a good network all over Scania and sometimes also outside of our company. You need to have a deep knowledge connected to Scania Logistics processes. As this is a new group effort will also be spend on building-up way of working and networks within Scania.
Profile
You probably have a Master degree or similar formal education. You have as least 3-5 years or more of experience from project management. You are used to lead development without being the formal appointed manager and handle discussions on different levels in our organisation.
You work independent, are a good communicator, methodical, analytical and take responsibility. You appreciate to have a wide network of colleagues and like to travel. English language is of course mandatory and we also search for competence in German language.
