hela Sverige * Leading the identification of research, outreach, and overall management for prospective international clients
• Working cross-functionally to launch, scale, and optimize products for international partnerships
• Moving client prospects through the sales cycle, from initial contact to engagements to partnership commitment
• Developing new processes and procedures for international clients
• Marketing and selling products and services on behalf of Lin Education
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with each client by maintaining constant communication
• Managing the design, implementation, and ongoing configuration of the clients' customized software adoptions
• Researching prospective international markets and creating international business development plan, regularly presenting to key stakeholders to receive ongoing approval for international strategy and ensure alignment to overall company strategy
• Working with content publishers as needed to determine best fit for international market, acquire content, and ingest content into products for optimized user experience
• Developing internal process for responding to international opportunities and preparing for pitches
• Setting, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators-presenting actionable insights and giving recommendations that drive towards international expansion
Requirements:
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• At least 8 years experience with content (editorial); project management; process creation, improvement, and management; and product configuration/customization
• Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, and/or teaching
• Master's Degree preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with close attention to detail
