Would you like to lead projects that will develop new services within installations or projects that will improve our capabilities and profitability in installation of packaging lines? Then this Project Management position might be right for you!
You will be part of the Technical Service Installation Services team in Lund - a team dedicated to drive a step change in Tetra Pak's Installation Service business.
In your role as project manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and deploy new installation related services and to drive transformation projects with the purpose of further develop our installation business.
You will work in close collaboration with the clusters to differentiate the installation offer and increase our capabilities to deliver a profitable installation business.
In this position, based in Lund, Sweden, you will lead Service Development and Business Transformation projects and report to PMO manager Installation Services.
Main responsibilities
• Lead projects to develop the installation business, through Service Development or Business Transformation projects
• Deploy solutions and drive change in our installation organisation
• Manage dependencies between projects
• Develop and improve tools and methods to support clusters to deliver installations sales result
• Contribute to continuous improvements related to the installation business
• Follow up and analyse business result and installations key performance measures and lead action to improve

Qualifications
We are looking for a driven and results oriented project manager, who is motivated by the task to analyse and deliver something new and to drive change in a complex and competitive environment. You have proven project management skills and ability to motivate and create commitment across functions, on all levels and in different cultures.
As a person, you are analytical, able to handle complexity and ambiguity and you have good technical and business understanding. You are self-going and are not afraid to dig into new tasks and do the work needed yourself. The result is what matters to you. Your leadership should be characterized by a high personal drive, finding pragmatic and sometimes innovative ways to get things done, combined with great collaboration skills.
You have a University degree within engineering or management and at least 5 years of experience from project management, or other relevant areas. Experience from Service Development or Business Transformation projects is an advantage.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
