Job description
As project manager for industrialization you will be responsible to drive industrialization of new components. In this role you will contribute to our common goal to be perceived as the leading manufacturer of axles and transmissions. You will lead industrialization together with your team that have competences from mainly manufacturing engineering, quality and logistics. There is a big portion of cross functional work with both within production and with other departments.
The function consists of about 15 people working with project management whereof 5 is located in Eskilstuna. You will be reporting to Senior Project Lead for Haulers, Loaders, Component and Road.

Requirements:
Project management experience
Excellent communication and networking skills
Goal oriented with excellent skills in creating commitment and engagement
Extensive experience from working with manufacturing engineering
Master or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
Proficiency in English and Swedish

We also see that you have experience from a project management position, preferably from the manufacturing- or automotive industry.
