In this role, we are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to work with interesting and challenging projects within Marine HVAC, both nationally and internationally. The role is an important part of the company's continued development.
The company's customers, which are largely outside Sweden, mainly consist of shipyards and shipping companies.

Tasks
Your main task is to run small to medium-sized projects where you are responsible for the projects being carried out according to contract terms and within the framework and schedules of the established budget.
Furthermore, you will also:
• Participate in quotation work in collaboration with the company's sales organization.
• Participate in negotiations with the end customer prior to signing the contract.
• Plan and implement all phases of the project
• Act as the company's contact person for both customers and other stakeholders within the framework of the projects
• Lead and distribute the work for the project team
• Attend a meeting with the company's steering group committee
Negotiate with subcontractors in connection with purchasing, delivery control and shipping of project-specific material.
• Responsible for the projects' financial follow-up
Qualifications
Requirement
• Educational background: Post-secondary education with a focus on HVAC technology or comparable
experience.
• Very good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience of project management in international projects
• Good leadership skills
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Good ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project
• Accustomed to working towards clear deadlines
• Take responsibility and work proactively to meet goals
• Be able to work both team-oriented and independently
• Outgoing personality with good social skills
Meritorious
• Many years of experience in running medium-sized projects for international customers with both design, purchasing, delivery and commissioning.
