The role
As a Project Manager you will drive test projects with both electrical and mechanical testing for commercial projects and R&D. You will lead our Test Engineers who are the ones leading the assemblers in the test halls.
Other responsibilities are to:
• identify risks
• find out mitigations and escalating critical hindrances
• do technical preparations and documentation
• report on time, budget and cost
• do internal and external tender work
To succeed you have a modern leadership, communicational and motivational skills with an ability to drive results. Your experience in leading personnel that you are not manager of will be required as you will have frequent contact with colleagues at different departments and sites.
You have proven ability to work under pressure without compromising on deliverables.
Your profile
You probably have a Bachelor or master 's in project management or equivalent education though professional experience and character can beat a formal degree. You have at least five years professional experience of project management.
Experience from tender work and commercial terms is meritorious. Working in a structured way and being supportive to your colleagues comes natural to you. You communicate well with colleagues and customers and because of the high voltage laboratory environment, you need to be fluent in Swedish and English for safety and success.
