The role
As a Project Manager, you will work with the Category Teams to deliver proactive procurement
initiatives in line with the relevant Category Strategy and Annual Plan.
Main responsibilities:
• Robust project governance and successfully execute and complete assigned projects in line with agreed targets.
• Strong focus on strategic initiatives however you may also be engaged in non sourcing projects.
• Delivery of measurable business value and cost savings in project implementation through the application of rigorous project management, stakeholder engagement and category management tools, systems and techniques.
• Successfully establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external resources and key project stakeholders involved in project tasks and key critical path deliverables
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
We believe you have modern leadership, communicational and motivational skills with an ability to drive results. Your experience in leading project teams, that you are not manager of, will be required as you will have frequent contact with colleagues at different departments and sites.
Your profile
You have a Bachelor 's degree and experience in sourcing/procurement, planning, scheduling, product or project management. It is meritorious if you have experience managing medium complexity projects involving multiple departments and managing cross-functional teams and cross-organizational implementations.
The role requires ability to consolidate project performance data into various types of communication and reporting vehicles to address both management and project team level audiences. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, while additional language such as German is beneficial. Knowledge of SAP Ariba is seen as an additional merit.
Working in a structured way and being supportive to your colleagues comes natural to you and your strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills will help you succeed in this position.
