hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2018-05-16Dina arbetsuppgifterPosition Overview: The Project Manager's responsibility is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The PM will monitor the project from initiation through delivery and organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and with budget constraints. Conduct ISO9001 and ISO27001 internal audits.
Responsibilities: . The candidate will provide day to day project management support to Products & Technology organizations for new and existing product development. . Using standard project management, best practices, and Project Manager Handbook, the candidate will have the accountability for supporting the entire project management life cycle for assigned projects. . The candidate will monitor the project from initiation through deployment and organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule, within budget constraints and in compliance with the product life cycle (PLC). . Activities include developing project plans, leading project status meetings, communications management, action items management, issues management, change management, project risk assessment and management, project staffing, contractor management, and project reporting. Additionally, the candidate will interface with cross functional organizations, directly managing project activities across and within groups. . Possess knowledge and understanding of the ISO 9001 and ISO27001 standards. . Conduct risk assessments, ISO9001 and ISO27001 internal audits. . Demonstrated, in-depth, knowledge and experience in project management best practices and development methodologies. . Experienced in using standard project management and time tracking tools. . Highly motivated self-starter with ability to effectively manage multiple projects in parallel with minimal supervision. . Successful experience in managing large-scale, multi-division developmental projects.
Utbildning och erfarenhet• BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in software engineering plus 10 years in project management.
• Strong people skills; detailed oriented, self-starter, demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong skills in facilitation management, matrix management, team leadership, planning, organization, problem solving with ability to establish priorities.
• Team player & business partner - ability to work well with management & staff members, and across multiple functional groups.
• Experience in product development and/or quality assurance.
• Experience in technical or customer support a plus.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and effective presentation skills.
• Ability to deal with unplanned challenges, work through obstacles, make sound project. decisions, attention to details, driven to meet deadlines are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Google tools, Slack. roject management training and Scrum Master certification.
• Certified ISO9001 or ISO27001 internal auditor.
• Knowledge of TIBCO products such as TIBCO BusinessWorks and associated Adapters, Plugins and Connector product lines.
