Job Profile - Project manager
As a Project Manager at Ultra fog AB you are responsible for planning, executing and closing of customer projects. You will read and interpret technical specifications, customer requests, rules and regulations governing this fire safety product, and bring these together to ensure a timely delivery on budget and to customer satisfaction. As project manager, you will interact daily with customer, engineering, purchasing, production and on-site project managers. You will be responsible for timeline, budget, kick-off meetings, also for all compiling and checking customer and project / technical documentation.
Who are you?
We believe you have a background as a project manager in a mechanics/electronics environment, preferably with an education in one of the two (or both) areas. If you are a naval architect it is a plus. You have at least two years relevant experience. You are a structured project leader who have a helicopter view and used to respecting tight deadlines. You will have the ability to coordinate people who may be based in different offices, and will remain calm even in moments of high stress. If you have experience of working with fire detection systems/sprinklers systems it's an advantage.You have the availability to be away from home on a flexible schedule since some customer meetings require that. So you have to be comfortable with travelling and being on your own.
You are a driven problem solver who is multitasking and can work independently and take own initiatives. You have to be well organised and pro-active.
You speak one or several Scandinavian languages and English fluently.
