The Sourcing department within our division Crushing and Screening in Svedala, manages and coordinates all sourcing activities, promotes overall purchasing performance and leads transformative change efforts to enable quality goods delivered on time and with reduced cost of ownership. We're now looking for a Project Manager for Sourcing to join us in a temporary position for approximately one year due to parental leave - welcome to an exciting role where you get to build a great network with many different stakeholders.
Your mission - ensuring successful project delivery within sourcing
In this position, you plan, organize and monitor projects - from initiation to execution - and you ensure delivery on time, according to budget and within the specified scope of quality. You're responsible for the overall project plan in line with project charters, and you strengthen our delivery by securing and allocating the right resources, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative assets and managing dependencies, risks and opportunities. To achieve high performance, you recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments and resource additions, and you act as an important bridge between Sourcing and other departments - especially R&D.
Your character - a creator of team spirit with a knack for project management
We're looking for someone with a degree in Engineering or another relevant field of studies. You have at least five years' experience of project management, as well as of strategic and tactical sourcing. Movex and QlikView are known applications to you. As we're a truly global organization you need excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.

By combining structure and flexibility, you adapt to changing conditions, and you have a natural driving force that keeps you going.
