We are now looking for a Project Manager for our Small and Medium business solutions. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We believe you have a Master's degree in computer science or similar and 3 or more years of experience as project manager.
You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, in both Swedish and English. You also have an interest and experience of agile development and integration projects.
You're a team player, contributing on a social level to make several teams reach a common goal.
You have an interest in all steps of the software development cycle: from refining ideas into requirements specifications, development, release, deploy, gather feedback and improve in iterations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? In our department we are fully committed to integrate Axis components to deliver solutions to the small and medium business market. One central piece in those solutions is the Video Management Systems that put all components together.
As a Project Manager you will lead a software development line that already has a high grade of agile experience, but wants to perform even better. You will also coordinate requirements and dependencies to all products included in the system.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
Work with our Product Management team to refine product ideas and requirements Lead and motivate the project team towards successful goal completion Handle day-to-day project management activities like planning, specifying and following up project progress Actively look for solutions, including technical, and drive decision making Look for synergies and manage dependencies on other projects Contribute to our processes improvement efforts in the Project manager forum Fight for your project's success and strive to meet milestone deadlines In our fast-paced, innovative, team-oriented culture characterized by openness you will have plenty of opportunities to grow professionally and as an individual.
OUR TEAM Small and Medium Solutions are responsible for creating and maintaining Axis software that integrated with other Axis components deliver smart and competent solutions to the market. Our software could include Windows desktop applications, recording solutions, mobile apps, web applications and cloud services.
