About the role:

As a Project Manager, you will assist in the account leadership and delivery of engagements. The successful applicant will have experience designing and executing projects and programs. You will collaborate and interface with client counterparts and consultants on a daily basis. You will also be involved in branding, thought leadership and knowledge management efforts with the objective of providing value-adding consulting services that enable our clients to become data driven and follow the roadmap as outlined. Work assignments include:

* May be assigned practices to provide the following: PM mentoring, project quality
reviews, participation in customer projects, selling the value of project management,
portfolio analysis of trends with action item recommendation and follow up
* Owning and leading initiatives such as onboarding, tools, , customer satisfaction, PM
community, recruiting, quality, governance, methodology

Who are you?

We see that you have 5+ years project management experience in retail industry, a bachelors degree in a relevant subject, and experience with managing very complex and different projects. You have the ability to take high level business discussions with the client, but also involve the right consultant and SMEs with client business stakeholders whenever required. Able to work onsite in Sweden, be proficient in business Swedish (or other Nordic
language) and English. We see it as meritable if you have experience in agile delivery methods and business transformation programs.
