We are looking for you who have a great passion for project management and love to coach, facilitate, lead development, drive change, and think that the consulting role is exciting and developing.
You will work as a consultant for a wide range of both large and small customers in Borås and the surrounding area. The design of the assignments varies depending on the customer and what skills you have.
What does the role look like?
As a consultant at Nexer, you will be given great responsibility and opportunities. You are responsible for one or more projects, sub-projects and/or programs. You are an important cog in our work to develop both our customers and our business. At the same time, you get the opportunity to develop your knowledge.
For us, the desire to develop is as important as experience and interest, which is why we also place great focus on further development and competence development in your area.
Who are you?
You have a few years experience of in business and/or IT-related project management and we are happy to see that you have some type of project methodology with you.
You have a great passion for what you do and are good at inspiring even from a distance. You manage relationships, drive commitment, build effective teams, optimize work and put the customer and team first. You understand what it means to be a consultant, drive things forward and are good at delivering and getting things done while you do not take everything very seriously and can bid on yourself.
We are looking for you who has:
• Relevant university degree as a systems or computer scientist, civil engineer or equivalent
• Documented experience in IT and digitization as well as technical know-how and interest
• Good leadership skills, communication skills and high social ability
• A great habit of meeting and workshop management, preparation and documentation
• Good language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Meritorious
• Certifications in agile working methods (eg SAFe, Scrum Master, PO) and project management (eg Prince2, PMP, IPMA)
• Background as a developer or other technical role
• Experience from Azure DevOps, Jira or similar systems
• Experience from the consulting industry
