Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a Project Manager at our customer you will be a part of the migration team. Together with the team you will support our customer to secure that all markets have the correct information and training needed and are migration ready. The team consists of 6 persons focusing on the roll-out as well as data quality. As the Project Manager you will be responsible of create training material for markets and material to be used in customer dialogue. You will be direct support to markets for preparation and administration as well as support and follow up on dealer. Your tasks also include identify scenarios and opportunities for automation, create interactive user guide scenarios, e.g. how to use new functions and/or how to delete inactive or obsolete user accounts, webinars for customer & dealer preparation and be part in securing migration readiness and data quality for the rollout of new solution.

Kvalifikationer
• You have 3+ years experience from Process and IT Project Management
• You have presentation and visualization skills
• You have very good written and verbal communications skills
• You're a digital savvy
• You have experience in performing trainings
• Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages is a merit
