hela Sverige Alten are now looking for a Project Manager to be part of our commitment to our customers with products within Hardware- and Software development.

JOB/SKILLS
In your role, you will guide 3-5 teams located in-house at Alten and also in our Alten offshore locations abroad. You will prioritize and distribute tasks for the teams, lubricate their tools and surroundings, and report progress or issues and be the main interface for our customer. The teams will be located both in our premises and abroad and you will be the main interface between the teams and the customer. Your location will be in Gothenburg, and your role might include travelling. It is important that you are open to other cultures and have experience from distributed teams and feel comfortable in utilizing efficient tools for distance communication.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience from project management and agile ways of working
Highly developed initiative and drive
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Highly developed skills in working in a multi-cultural and global organization
Experience of hardware development projects
Experience of software development projects
