The Department End User Productivity delivers services aimed towards knowledge workers in the Scania business processes. The department has a global responsibility for many of our productivity services. Our delivery team is designed today to have a complete responsibility within our area of services.
Your role
As a Project Manager working at Business & Portfolio you will manage projects within the department that are connected to the exciting scenario described above. Our Project Managers aims to deliver what fits best to Scania Business, but, also, to support us in improving our Product & Services portfolio. In the role of Project Leader, the task is to lead the project work and, usually, to do that Project Management and Leadership skills are more important than having expertise in the field of the project. Within the project directive, the project manager is responsible for managing the project from order to delivery using Traditional or Agile management methods. The project manager also describes how the project is to be implemented and presents a project plan with risk analysis and communication plan.
The Business & Portfolio Group has a cross-functional responsibility within the End User Productivity department with the responsibility for:
1) Project Management
2) Portfolio Management
3) Service Delivery Management
4) Architecture
5) Communication
These are fulfilled by working closely to the Scania business, to all groups within the department as well as other departments within IT.
Your profile
For you to be successful in this role we believe you should be an experienced leader of projects with strong track record of delivering results with quality and speed. You also have good communication and people skills. You should be a team and servant player that motivates other people to do their best. Furthermore comfortable in an environment with high pace of change, strong in prioritisation you are a curious person that are eager and quick to learn you are a modern kind of project leader, e.g. being able acting like as traditional and agile leader
