Your future challenge
You will be an employee at P&P, depending on your experiences and knowledge you will be a member in one of our projects with a managing role, preferably Project Manager. As Project Manager you are responsible for the project, which includes responsibility for Goals, Economy, Quality, Follow-up, Planning, Progress, and Reporting to Steering committee and interaction to Line Managers.
As P&P also participates in quotation work there are also possibilities to act as a BID-Manager with interactions to market and Sales.
Todays demands
We are searching people with experience and ambitions within Project Management. We believe that you are an individual that are stress tolerant, social competent, experienced with working in projects, focused to deliver within commitments covering time and budget. You have a helicopter view rather than focus on details. Further we believe that you have focus on what currently is most important by using priority and tactical sense. You possess good knowledge in expressing yourself, verbally and writing, in Swedish and English.
If you know or believe, that you should be willing to participate on all challenges within P&P, you should not hesitate to apply as a Project Manager at P&P.

Electronic Defence Systems, a business area of Saab, is one of the world's premier suppliers of solutions for surveillance, avionics and systems to detect, locate and protect against threat.
Division Avionics is part of Saabs business area Electronic Defence Systems.
The Program Management & Project Support, P&P, department, have today 18 contributors. P&P is responsible for program- and project management within the Product area Display & Recconaissance in Järfälla. The department need to grow in order to meet existing and upcoming undertakings.
Your main workplace will be Järfälla with interactions internally as well as externally Saab.
