hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Potentialpark Communications AB i Stockholm We are looking for a Project Manager for a brand-new study on school-leavers and their search for apprenticeships in Germany. The study will evaluate communication trends, technology and behavior and for the first time rank top employers by their talent-friendliness towards pupils. It will be the first study of its kind with this scope.
Your role will be to conduct the research in collaboration with Potentialpark's Research team, Digital team and the Product Owner. You will receive training and support and also have plenty opportunity to contribute with your own ideas. You will also have touch points with the Sales team and our clients, some of the top employers in Germany. We are partnering up with the leading apprenticeship platform and will present the results at one the #RC20 Employer Branding festival in Germany.
This study, and thereby your role, will extend over 6 months with the possibility of a permanent position in our Research team upon the successful completion of the pilot study.

Mission and Responsibilities
Project management and coordination
Online surveys and other types of data collection
Digital data processing, analysis, visualization and report-writing (with training and support)
Help develop this study as a new product together with the Product Owner
Balance between research priorities and business needs
Qualifications and Skills
Self-organization and drive, and an interest in coordinating a project over several months with different stakeholders and clients.
A relevant university degree or similar (statistics, mathematics, data science, economics) or equivalent experience; preferably with demonstrable experience in research design, statistical analysis or data visualization
Excellent at summarizing and present findings. Proven writing skills is highly desirable.
Professional-level German (preferably native) and English, written and spoken.
High communication and collaboration skills.
You understand that the journey also includes repetitive tasks, they will decrease in the same pace as you automate and optimize. E.g. hours of careful data work is sometimes necessary in the search for insights.
