The Corporate Real Estate function develops and runs solutions for Facilities Management and Premises together with partners on a global scale. This includes service development, outsourcing deals and
real estate sourcing.

The role
In a team based environment you and your colleagues are responsible to deliver attractive, productive and efficient work places within the corporation. This role spans från strategic long term
thinking to operative negotiations with partners. We can offer an exciting international role based in Stockholm with balanced travelling. Typically you will work with:
Strategic Development
• new service concepts
• improve outsourcing model
Change Projects
• improve work place productivity and attractiveness
Operative Responsibility
• site responsibility
• manage outsourcing partners
Our candidate
Our candidate has a strong academic record and at least five years of experience from leading projects in a corporate environment. We value experience from management consulting, facilities management
or other relevant service industries. If you're analytical and good at building relations in an international setting you will be successful in this organisation.
