Description
The Global Integration & Infrastructure Lead drives all BOT deliverables in this area, securing delivery from both BOT and Digital teams. This senior role works closely with a Digital counterpart role that will have the mandate and remit over the Digital team delivery from all legacy systems and Digital areas.
Integration relates to all IT systems which interact with BOT through a complex integration through approximately 70 interfaces into the legacy landscape including a number of middleware layers. This strategic roles requires a global understanding of IT architecture and solid delivery experience in complex multinational environments, in order to drive simplicity and best practice in both architecture and IT delivery areas. This role should also work closely with the Test and Data Migration leads to secure overall coherent and timely delivery from Digital.
Infrastructure requires working closely with system implementation partner and Digital in order to secure project and production infrastructure both in SAP and other digital platforms and tools ready for use by BOT and live users
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Large scale SAP multinational implementation experience with complex integration covering all key aspets of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure) in Finance and Procurement areas for at least 5 years
• Track record of successful service provider/ vendor integration and delivery management in an international context serving multiple parties/customers
• Large scale integration/interfaces experience for at least 7 years
• Strong systems integration and programme delivery experience for at least 10 years
• SAP knowledge
• Drive teams in a diverse international and distributed team
• Crisis management, control room management
• Solid technical and architecture background with ability to understand big picture and navigate across complex IT system lanscapes
• Strong communication and decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels
Preferred competence and experience:
• Ariba and SAP S/4 HANA a plus
