We are offering an exciting opportunity, we need someone who is willing to take on a new acquisition project!

We are looking for an engaged person, able to keep developing and leading a successful team by a strong vision with a can-do-attitude to achieve results above expectations and to grow the company

The main mission is to deliver the synergies identifying in the acquisition plan by vigorously following through on identified activities and opportunities and ensure timely execution of all items on the integration checklist. You will be responsible to integrate, align and develop as per the Epiroc standards. You own and drive the global divisional "D-customer" segment strategy and report plans and progress to the VP Marketing of MRS.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities

* Management and coordination of all aspects of an impending M&A project, at different stages in the process, including liaison with relevant stakeholders during the internal approval process.
* Develop and execute an integration plan of the newly acquired entity into Epiroc.
* Develop, launch and follow-up on the global "D-customer" segment strategy.
* Follow up on sales and customer conversion rates (from "D" à "B")
* Take full responsibility for Profit & Loss and Balance sheet statements for the company which a combination of a Customer Center (primarily) and some Divisional activities.
* Support sales, service and, where applicable, installation activities and teams in their new Group
* Secure that customer satisfaction and quality is the base for what we do
* Ensure full compliance with Epiroc group ethical compliance directives.
* Support and develop the company personnel in line with our corporate values
* Interact within the Division to support development of consolidated results.
* Act according to guidelines and instructions received from the Division and according to local rules
* Develop a plan for building and keeping the required competence in all areas
* You will attract, develop and retain the best people and encourage diversity in line with our corporate values.
* You will lead and coach your management team towards continuous success and continuous improvement focusing on long-term sustainability.
* You will safeguard sound implementation and application of the Principles & Guidelines of "The Epiroc Way".

This position reports to the President of MRS, Jess Kindler with a dotted line to the VP of Marketing of MRS, Nelson Trejo.
The role provides a stellar opportunity to gain experience in global strategic activities as a project leader for inorganic growth opportunities at a pivotal time in Epiroc's development journey.

Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate has a proven record of accomplishment from leading a customer center or a large business line; experience of integration is a plus.

Educational Requirements
University degree or similar through experience. Strong analytical capabilities.

This position is to be based in Örebro

Personality Requirements
A personal drive with entrepreneurial spirit and high level of energy combined with a humble approach and respect towards a proud and experienced team is required. You must have a genuine interest in finding new ways of working paired with a desire to always challenge the current situation and find "a better way" while respecting experience of how the things are done currently.
