Job Description
You will play an important role by leading the technical organization within the projects and represent the technical area in the Project Management Group.
Through active communication and dialogue with key stakeholders like Production, Purchasing, Service Market and project team members you will ensure that everyone engage in delivering our project targets (Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Feature).
You will work actively with project and product risk management where FMEA is one important tool. You lead the work to ensure robust risk mitigation plans securing quality in delivery and uptime for our customers.
You will manage time plans and resource estimations aligned with scope, requirements and risk mitigation activities. You will be part of deciding technical concepts fulfilling agreed project targets in line with cross-functional technology strategies and roadmaps.
Another important work area is hardware and software verification and validation plan and execution including simulation, virtual and physical builds.
In the project organization you will report to the Chief Project Manager (CPM).

To be successful we think you also have:
Holistic view and ability to work cross functionally and build strong relations
Master of Science in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent competence
Leadership and communication skills
High integrity, instill trust, build effective teams and ability to follow through
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
