We are looking for an individual who is interested in Product Development in general, but preferably towards engines and Project Management. You have ambition and energy to develop yourself in a way that can lead to new tasks and responsibilities. As a person you enjoy working in a team and have the ability to inspire your team colleagues you feel engaged by working in projects and reaching goals. Since the job consists of a net of contacts internally and externally, your networking skills are highly valued.

Projects, Quality and Operational development within Product Development is responsible for managing development projects in both the Marine and the Industrial segment, project support and operational development.
As Project Manager Engineering you plan, lead and is technical responsible for major Engine development project. The areas of responsibilities are design, verification & validation, purchasing and manufacturing.

Qualifications
• Master of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education
• Experience in leadership
• Experience in project management
• Good knowledge of engine development & the development process
• Collaboration & communication skills
• Systematic & structured way of working
• A creative mind
• A personal interest in the engine industry
