You will work as a project manager in the development of embedded systems for CG's innovative electric motor controls. The development is primarily conducted at our headquarters in Helsingborg, our budding development organization in India, and with our strategic partners. The role is partly thus to develop these partnerships and to establish the team in India for the development of embedded systems. The position includes some travelling to India. There is also the opportunity to work there for shorter or longer periods during the buildup phase.

Would you like to work in an international company that develop smart solutions to control and monitor electric motors? Do you have knowledge and experience from development of embedded systems? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are looking for someone with at least a master's degree. You have skills within areas such as motor control, power electronics and automation. You are proficient in micro-processor systems, its architecture and operating systems. You have knowledge in modern methods of requirements engineering, development, testing and quality assurance of software for embedded systems. You have several years of experience of successfully working as a project manager for product development projects in international cooperation. Preferably you also have experience of "off-shore" development. You are a technically competent person with integrity, drive, good communication skills and you know how to engage and motivate a highly competent project team. The position requires good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
