Would you like to be a part of Epiroc 's E-business/E-commerce offering? Then consider this opportunity to create and manage one or many international cross- functional programs and projects. You will be a part of a dynamic team delivering a best-in- class customer experience with the support of data, inspired by quality, pace and teamwork.
We believe you have great leadership including passion and experience from preferably business development and e-commerce projects including supply chain, product management and/or business development.
Mission
Manage project/program strategy and plan according to E-commerce strategy, plan and target. Organize and lead ongoing project planning to identify key risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
Identify and realize business outcomes using the most suitable and effective project management approach, methods, processes, and tools to ensure a high degree of delivery and solution quality.
Document, facilitate and present projects into steering committees together with the E-business responsible.
Plan, facilitate and follow up on meetings and workshops.
Plan and oversee the execution of multiple pilots, also onsite.
Drive recruitment of additional team members.
Plan, document, and implement the optimal team structure (roles, people, expertise) to ensure high-quality delivery, exceeding expectations and achieving established goals.
Your profile
Very important skills to be dynamic and open for ongoing discussions - an agile mindset is a request. That also include a very strong leadership style to efficient navigate and deliver result in multinational and multicultural environment.
8-10+ years' experience in project management from e-commerce with external and internal stakeholders- also international spread. Leading strategically and operationally.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology OR equivalent experience in a related field - or similar.
Proven history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget.
Very strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable interacting and presenting to very senior client stakeholders.
Experience from emerging technology as well working with startups is a plus.
Experience from project management methodology is good but not the most important, certificate like Prince, PMP, SAFe, Scrum etc. is a plus.
Demonstrated project management skills, with direct responsibility for running project teams, up to 10+ people, budget and schedule.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
For this role you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro or Stockholm, Sweden. Some global travel will be required of this role.
