Job Description
As Project Manager for Digital Expansion at & Other Stories you will drive Growth through digital expansion projects and initiatives that supports & Other Stories' overall strategic goals and brand mission. You will identify new digital expansion opportunities based on global insights and future trends and prioritize on business value.
You are responsible and the main point of contact within & Other Stories' organization, towards other functions within the H&M Group and external partners during the preparation and launch of a digital project.
You proactively drive and coordinate digital expansion projects cross-functionally, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and scope.
What you'll do
Search, identify, prioritize and develop new digital growth initiatives
Prepare and evaluate full business case for each project.
Lead digital expansion projects cross-functionally, within Brand, within group (ex. Tech, Logistics, Group Legal, and others...) and with eventual external partners (ex. Marketplaces, wholesale)
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Perform risk management, manage and report changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
Create and maintain project documentation, summarize key learnings
Secure long-term feasibility of each project
Secure handover and way of working to running business
Follow-up and evaluate result and outcome of each project
Give strategic support in connection to expansion roadmap and Growth Playbook
Qualifications
Qualifications:
We'd love to meet someone who has
Work experience as a project manager or business developer
A proven and genuine interest in digital businesses, experience from working with external digital platforms is a plus
Experience from working with P&L and business cases
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Strong communication skills and a positive problem-solving attitude
Experience from working cross functionally between several different departments and stakeholder management
Competences:
Ability to think and work strategically; able to plan ahead and foresee opportunities/identify risks
Sales driven; customer focused with a clear business sense
Proactive and self-driven, showing a flexible approach in daily work and towards challenges
Proactive, creative problem-solver with a strong business mindset
A genuine interest in digital innovation, digital business and e-commerce as well as fashion
Prioritizes teamwork and collaboration, yet self-motivated and able to work independently,
Communicative, structured and organized.
Updated on the external retail market and the industry development in all channels.
