Who is your future team?
The Digital transformation & MarTech team is part of the Corporate Marketing department with the mission to drive digital transformation and enable digital marketing both in corporate and regional marketing. You will be part of a tight team of digital marketers, project managers and technology owners. We challenge each other and help each other to navigate in our expanding digital landscape.
As Project manager, you report to the Manager, Marketing technology & project management placed at our HQ in Lund.
What you'll do here as Project manager?
As Project manager you will play an active role in driving change towards smart and efficient digital transformation by optimizing our cross-functional processes.
You are responsible for guiding projects from start to finish; from planning and execution to closure and hand-over, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
* Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders
* Define tasks and required resources
* Manage project team and budget (if applicable)
* Allocate project resources from other departments
* Create schedule and project timeline
* Monitor and report on project progress
* Present stakeholders' reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
* Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
* Evaluate and assess result of projects
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
The successful candidate for this position has a proven track record of project management and experience from working in a global company with many stakeholders. Change management implementation with regards to ways of working should be one of your main work experiences. You are a great team player with experience in driving major projects in a dynamic and growing organization and you are a good communicator with strong people and networking skills who knows how to analyze and improve core business processes.
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
* Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
* Knowledge of techniques and tools
* Documented project manager experience
* Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
* Experience from global companies or agency regarding critical thinking and problem solving
* Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
* Conflict resolution experience
* Time management skills
* Able to tolerate stress
* As a person, you are self-driven and a responsive team player
* Being organized and structured comes natural to you
* Excellent in English, both written and spoken
