CUSTOMER SERVICE PROJECT MANAGER
This function is located at our head office in Vara. We are offering a stimulating and varied job within our operation department. As Customer Service Project Manager, you will lead and participate in on-going service project around our products eSite and eCenter including selling spare parts, support and training. Work takes place in close cooperation with sales, product unit and production meaning good team working skills is assumed. You will also take part in development of the service and training processing and offering.
We are looking for an experienced customer oriented person with technical skills.
You will be our contact person to our customers and answer for;
• Customer support/relations
• Offering and selling spare parts
• Finalize projects
• Training
• Warranties
As a person you are cooperative and possess a positive attitude and good IT-skills.
Skills required:
• Ability to travel
• Experience in after sales area
• Good reporting and communicating skills in English (verbal and written)
• Customer and service orientated
• Experience in communication with customer
• Technical knowledge and understanding
• Personal attributes like flexibility and sound judgement
