Netmore is a dedicated IoT operator that drives digitalization by enabling properties with Cyber Secure property networks.
By providing open access networks based on multiple technologies for example Fibre, 5G and LoRaWAN it enables asset owners to make the most of the property's digitalization. This means we take the role as an IoT enabler and work together with our partners in a collaborative effort to contribute to the digitalization which changes society for the better. We combine the competence of a system integrator, traditional telecom operator and the attitude and mindset of a scaleup by entering partnerships where we have a real opportunity to empower our partners, customers and help them drive the IoT development in the right sustainable direction.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Customer Project Manager, you are responsible for customer projects in Sweden within Netmore's main areas Propnet, Open Access 5G and LoRaWan. You will be a part of the whole project process from the sales phase with the sales department to the finishing state when the project is ready for closure. You will run several projects in parallel where the size and scope of the project varies. You are responsible for ensuring that the projects follow the schedule and budget, and that the product maintains the quality that the customer is looking for. When the project is up and running, you work closely with the customer, the property manager, the property owner's IT department, installers and the internal colleagues in sales, solutions designers, and supply chain. All projects are documented where you are the one who practically drives the projects forward and ensures, among other things, the schedule and quality. When the installation is complete, you'll hand over the project to Netmore Operations, which ensures that the service is managed and operated properly.
As a Project Manager, you work closely with the customer to identify new business opportunities and trends in the market. You network and get to know clients/customers and installers in Sweden to be constantly updated and prepared for the opportunities that arise. The role will include travels within Sweden.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Completed education as a university engineer in, for example, automation or IT
• Experience of system installations, such as communication systems, alarm systems or building automation
• Documented education and experience as a Project Manager
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing
• Knowledge and experience in networks, cyber security, WiFi or DAS, mobile networks and sustainability are meritorious

You have a good ability to drive your work forward independently and can run several projects in parallel. You take great ownership of your work tasks in a structured way and can prioritize correctly to keep time frames. As a person, you are curious and flexible and find it stimulating to constantly be involved and contribute to improvements and quality work combined with your technical interest. The personal characteristics will be of great value in this process.
