Corporate Relations (CR), part of the External Relations department, holds the overall responsibility for SSE's development and advancement activities. The CR team cooperates closely with other functions in the External Relations department as well as with faculty and program directors throughout the SSE family. The CR team is led by the Head of Corporate Relations who reports to the Director of External Relations and cooperates closely with the President.
As Project Manager Corporate Relations and Employer Branding, you will work with potential and existing partners in the SSE Corporate Partnership Program to find Employer Branding opportunities. You will:
• Look for innovative ways to create value for potential and existing partners by providing internships, trainee placements and subjects for thesis
• Together with the Head of Corporate Relations and the Career Management team create a value proposition regarding Employer Branding to the corporate partners
• Build and steward relationships with internal stakeholders such as Program office and departments to ensure initiatives that is attractive for our students
• Cooperate with other parts of External Relations to build the foundation for
Employer Branding
The position is sales-oriented and operational.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has documented experience from sales and/or consulting. For instance within recruitment or higher education.
• Knows how to build relationships inside and outside of the organization
• Is an experienced project manager
• Has worked with HR departments
• Has good spoken and written English and Swedish
• Has experience of international settings
• Is team oriented
• Has an academic degree
Experience from an academic setting is preferred but not required.
You will report to the Head of Corporate Relations.
The position is full-time and has conditional tenure (SSE requires a 6-month trial period of employment).
