Anoxkaldnes is growing and also constantly working to optimize the business. We are right now implementing a new strategy and work-flow structure. Therefor AnoxKaldnes is looking for a Manager to manage the Contracts team and be responsible for all on-going projects and contracts.
You will be:
• Part of the management group
• Generally responsible for execution of all projects/contracts within AnoxKaldnes
• Manager of the Contracts group (4-5 persons)
• Responsible for planning, organizing and follow-up on the Contracts group
• Responsible for developing an effective production planning based on sales forecast and sales pipeline.
• Project-/contract manager on large projects.
• Budget for the group
• Responsible for developing the group competences in project- and contract management and to support them in a pro-active approach towards the clients
Qualifications
Education
• Mechanical engineer or similar
Experience:
• From international business
• 5 years in Project management preferably from an exporting company
• Leadership and team building qualities
• Negotiating with partners and clients
Knowledge of:
• Good spoken and written English
• Contract Management
Skills in:
• Organization and team work
• Team building
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strategic thinking
Ability to:
• Work in a team, lead a meeting
• Implement and follow action plans
• Make budgets and follow-up
