Drive and support projects for Volvo Group Real Estate. As Project Manager lead a temporary organization, that may cross organizational boundaries, which will deliver a planned or desired result or end product. The work is limited in time and cost and done within a defined scope.
Key responsibilities/Accountability
• Drive VGRE Construction projects according to decided plan and budget
• Manage and lead Project Team
• Manage project activities to secure project objectives
• Use the Volvo Group Project Management Methods, Templates, Tools, Policies, Guidelines and Processes
• Maintain professional relationship with the stakeholders
• Develop the assignment description (mission, deliverables, timing) and ensure that it is validated by the Line Manager of Assignment, and / or the Steering Committee Chairman
• Plan, organize, report and follow up the assignment in accordance to the approved assignment description
• Ensure that the deliverables produced are achieving the agreed quality
• Regularly communicate information about the assignment to the stakeholders
• Manage and distribute the work to the staff within the scope of the assignment description
• Lead Projects of building Volvo Truck Centers in Nordic Countries, 50-400 MSEK projects

Essential educational and/or training qualifications and certificates
• University degree in Civil Engineering or similar
Preferred experience and knowledge
• At least 3 years' experience from leading Construction projects
• Good understanding of the Construction Market
• Analytical and presentation skills
• Successful local project management experience
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Critical professional / technical / functional / language skillsProject- and program management
• Change management
• Facility management
• Facility Services
• Real Estate market knowledge
• Analytical mindset and capability
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.
• Fluent in Swedish/Danish/Norvegian and English
