We are now looking for a business developer and growth hacker, who is a digital and tech-savvy relationship builder at heart, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a high EQ, to join our team in Sweden. This position is part of a new team with a start-up spirit, entering into a hyper-growth mode, looking to accelerate its newly launched digital offerings. The location is in Stockholm at our buzzy office located at Stureplan.About the role:The role is new, so you will have the opportunity to form parts of it. However, the main purpose of this role is to support Oxford Leadership's growth by ensuring the right conversations are taking place, strong relationships are built, the right solutions are developed as well as the usual practical things such as helping us solve problems and deliver projects in time.You will be working closely with our Managing Director and Founder to organise all types of projects related to this, from simple activities such as presentations, online client demos, support our community with client interactions and develop proposals to more complex plans, breaking client projects into actions, designing client solutions and develop strategies to support our growth. As we are a global company and have Europe and the US as our main playground, occasional travel may be required.Who are you?You are probably an outgoing, social person, who easily connects with people. You understand the big picture and context to prioritise accordingly while having a creative approach to deal with challenges. We appreciate good project management, communication and presentation skills. High EQ, responsiveness and a spirit of service are paramount as you will be dealing directly with clients. You need to be a hands-on self-starter willing to learn, as well as contribute to the team's success. As the role involves business development and providing clients with the best solutions, you will need an analytical, structural and problem-solving mindset. Responsibilities will include:· Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Find opportunities for client engagement driving introduction to proposal and delivery.· Improve, track and prioritise our main Growth Plan activities.· Leverage and expand existing relationships.· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and to update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress· Be the point of contact for our digital programs, ensuring all sales collateral and information are up to date and improved.· Support Sales Relationship Partners (SRP's) with sales and presentations.· Coordinate technical vendors, delivery team, and Relationship Partners (SRP's) to ensuring that client's needs are met as the project evolves.· Follow up client activities and maintain the conversations and develop the relationships. · Organise Demos of our digital programs to clients and SRP's.· Administrative duties, like handling technical and financial queries.· Coordinate all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of the agreement).· Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance reviews.Qualifications· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience· Strong business acumen in project planning and management· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills· Excellent English skills· Experience within B2B sales on C-level· Highly organized and adaptable to take on a variety of tasks· Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team· Proven work experience as a Project Manager or from a similar role· High EQ and excellent people skills· The pedagogical mindset to translate complex things in a simple and understandable way· A bonus if you have experience with digital platforms, online education, and app/web developmentDoes this sound exciting to you?
