hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Valmet AB, Karlstad Lamberget i Karlstad We are now looking for a Project Manager for Tissue and Paper industry Improvement project deliveries in Scandinavia and EMEA as well as globally.
As a Project Manager you will manage customer rebuild projects so that customers receive the specified deliveries according to contracts and in agreed schedule. In this role, you will have an overall control and responsibility over your projects but also be part of the sales phase. You will follow the project finance together with the controllers. You will act as the customer contact during the engineering, project execution and warranty time and participate in onsite execution operations (installation, start-up and customer training).
You will belong to a team of Project Managers from Sweden and Finland as well as other EU and you will work closely with our local sales team and engineering organizations to also plan the pre-project and technical solutions.
What you'll need to be successful in the role
Technical education preferable from the industry
Good experience and knowledge (preferable 3-5 years) in project management and/or working as chief engineer in demanding customer projects.
Knowledge of paper industry machines & processes.
Skills to manage multi-technology projects and project teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Swedish & English, both written and oral. Other languages are an asset.
Readiness to travel to our customers occasionally, mainly in Scandinavia but also outside.
