Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The Project Manager will be a part of The Product and Innovation Team at Bluewater and will be responsible for managing projects related to Products, outsourcing, services and roll-outs. The assignments as Project manager may consist of: Pre-studies, Concept development, Product Development, Industrial Design, Testing and Verification, Product Approvals, Supplier selection and Production. Bluewater's varying product base gives opportunities to manage both local, national and international projects. Furthermore the job entails the responsibility of increasing customer benefits by delivering assigned projects on schedule, within budget and to the right quality. As such managing the projects and their financial aspects as well as reaching the project objectives and customer satisfaction are part of the main responsibilities.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Great knowledge of Project Management and R&D: The right candidate for the job has: . M.Sc. Degree in Engineering or similar from a prominent University. . Experience in project management processes including the initiation, planning, organization and successful delivery of projects is a prerequisite. . Experience in managing projects and is favorably used to work in an international environment. . It is expected that the candidate for this position is used to work in customer interfacing roles and has good negotiation and financial skills. . Experience from Product development and CAD is an advantage for this position. Knowledge about sustainable product development is a plus. . Great communication skills, Fluent spoken and written English, Fluent spoken and written Chinese, Spoken and written Swedish is a plus. Driven and inquisitive profile You are accustomed to working in an international environment with both Swedish, English and Chinese as working languages. As a person you are energetic and have a positive attitude as well as the ability to analyze and solve problematic situations. You are innovative, curious and possess a desire to continuously learn new things, develop project processes and you have excellent stakeholder management skills, communication skills and presentation and interpersonal skills.
