Right now we are hiring a Project Manager Product Maintenance for our Electric & Electronics team to drive quality improvements to our products.

Volvo CE in Braås, located close to Växjö, develops autonomous and articulated haulers and wheel loaders. We do everything from product planning, development, sales and marketing to purchasing, manufacturing and assembly of the complete machine. The team
Product Maintenance Articulated Hauler has the global responsibility to solve quality problems on Articulated Haulers within Volvo CE. The primary scope for the Product Maintenance process is to take care of customers by focusing on field quality issues and provide support to Operations.
We are also responsible for driving all product improvement and special application projects, as well as ensuring that articulated haulers are compliant with laws and regulations.
The role
Your main focus in this role is to manage and coordinate PM activities connected to Electrics and Electronics in the end-to-end perspective in the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). You will drive this in a cross-functional team and focus on field quality and production quality.
By working with preventive actions and lessons learned, you will contribute to a learning organization that always strives for continuous improvements.

Knowledge & experience
To be successful in your new role we want you to have the following knowledge/experience:
A university degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience within product development and project management
Experience of the specific product / complete machine from technical dimensions and customer usage
Strong customer focus with a "QDCF" mindset - focusing on the bigger picture - Quality, Delivery, Cost and Function
Experience and education in problem-solving methods
Great communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
