Role Description
Are you passionate about building highly functional teams, agile development and delivering concrete business value? Then you might be the person for us!
You will primarily work as a consultant on assignments at different OEMs as a Project Manager / Scrum Master / Product Owner. In these roles we are looking for leaders with automotive experience, who will take on the task of managing complex projects at different levels.
The location is primarily the Gothenburg area, but other locations in Sweden can also be discussed such as Lund, Södertälje/Stockholm.
You may also work on our internal projects within Nebula Automotive between assignments.
Your focus areas will be
It will depend on the need described by the OEMs of the consultant assignment but typically will be:
Product development and project management in an agile environment
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders of different skillsets and seniority levels
Defining and measuring delivered value and performance
Enable decision making by problem solving, data analysis and communication of findings
Facilitating portfolio balancing and prioritization of content and funding on a running basis
Manage roadmaps for complex programs and/or portfolios
Finance management in an agile environment
Define business cases and drive value realization
Support the teams in delivering value to the customer.
In the role as scrum master - coach the team in all aspects of the agile ways of working and mind-sets and work to optimize deliveries through the value flow. Furthermore, you will organize and facilitate the team ceremonies like iteration planning, demos and retrospectives.
Required qualifications
We are looking for candidates with different levels of experience, the requirements below are the minimum.
Minimum Batchelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Electronics (or related field)
5+ years of relevant work experience
3+ years of experience in the automotive industry
Experience leading software development projects
Agile product development knowledge and experience
Meritorious qualifications
Scrum Master experience
Various certifications
Experience leading large automotive or IT projects
