Work description
As a Project Manager you will drive test projects with both electrical and mechanical testing for commercial projects and RnD. You will lead our Test Engineers who are the ones leading the assemblers in the test halls. Identifying risks, finding out mitigations and escalating critical hindrances are key points in the role. You will be responsible for technical preparations, documentation and you will be reporting on time, budget and cost. The role also includes internal and external tender work.

Who are you?
You have five years professional experience of project management. You probably have a master's degree in engineering, though professional experience and character can beat a formal degree. Experience from tender work and commercial terms is seen as a merit.

You communicate well with colleagues and customers. You have a focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and results.
Considering the high voltage laboratory environment you need to be fluent in Swedish and English for safety and success.
