What does the role look like?
As a project manager with us, you get the opportunity to work with customers from many different industries and of different sizes. We work with small companies in the start-up phase as well as large international companies. As a project manager, you are responsible for one or more projects, sub-projects or programs. Many times you are involved from the start of the project and lead the work from idea generation to delivery. You can also work with investigations, analyzes and feasibility studies. The consulting assignments are partly in our office and usually with our customers, therefore travel in the local area is part of everyday life.

Your professional background
We are looking for you who have a university degree and a few years of experience in project management of both small and large projects. You have experience of project management methodologies such as Prince2, PPS or PROPS and have experience of working according to agile methods, but also waterfall projects. You have worked closely with software development, either with it or are familiar with having it as a component in your projects. You are used to managing stakeholders, have good communication skills and can discuss with both the business and the IT organization. You are fluent in both English and Swedish.
It is an advantage if you have a project manager certification according to PMI, IPMA or equivalent. Experience of the SAFe framework is also an advantage.
