Presentation
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Architect for a short term project at a global company in the north of Stockholm. The assignment start in august and end in september.
Publiceringsdatum2012-07-05Dina arbetsuppgifterThe expected outcome of the assignment is:
• A report presenting the current status, based on interviews with teams for in-scope applications in both Sourcing and Supply area.
• An analysis based on qualitative interviews with business/process stakeholders, demonstrating the requirements scope of applications supporting the Sourcing and Supply processes.
• A qualified GAP analysis and proposed way forward to close the gap between current state and business requirements/expectations, value based approach to be used.
• Update of existing Pragmatic disaster recovery plans and creation of such documents for new, critical applications supporting Sourcing and supply processes. Consider to make tailored disaster recovery plans for local applications, operated and used in Ericsson Supply Sites
Methodology:
• Top-down and bottom-up approach to be combined (management vision combined with data driven approach)
• A thought through approach of how to perform similar assessments. Best practices should be possible to replicate at a later stage.
• Execution according to agreed time and resource plan and stakeholder expectations
The assignment should follow a structured approach, Overhead should be kept to a minimum.
