Your role
We are seeking a highly communicative individual with a passion for cross-functional project management and contract responsibilities within our Market and Program Management organization. The ideal candidate should possess experience in leading project and contract teams, coupled with a willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge about our product line for success. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, communicating with technical project managers, and engaging with external customers.
The main tasks are:
* Project execution, planning, scheduling, and risk management
* Prioritization within and between projects
* Contract execution, including establishing Contract Directive and Plan
* International business travel may be required

Required skills:
* Experience from customer interaction and business acumen
* Leadership and management skills
* Financial aspects e.g. controlling, estimating and payment planning
* Commercial understanding
* Communication and presentation skills
* Risk management
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Desired skills:
* University degree or similar knowledge gained by experience
* Maritime domain knowledge
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team of about 60 people located at Saab's site in Hackefors, Linköping. The product portfolio consists of AIS and VDES radio transceivers and networks for land, ships, aircraft and satellites, as well as advanced navigation and presentation systems. The site includes all functions required by a small independent company within the company, from marketing and sales, to product development, production planning, customer support and logistics. Saab TransponderTech is market leading with customers world-wide, and we operate on a commercial market with relatively short sales cycles.
